Maggie Quinn is a normal girl who goes to high school and is haunted (figuratively) by the school's cheerleaders. But she soon discovers that she isn't as normal as she thinks she is. She has a special gift which allows her to dream about things that are related to dangers in her real life. She's been having these dreams since she was very little but she choice to ignore it. However when she discovers that her loved ones could get hurt she has to take actions. EVEN to save the cheerleaders! She uses her dreams for clues and uses her wit and intelligence to fight the demon. Along the way she meets a a few guys. Prom Dates From Hell is a mix of mystery, horror, and a little bit of romance.

I thought this book was amazing! From the first chapter to the last, it kept my interest. This is the first book in the three book series. And I can't wait to read the other too. This book is basically about a girl who has a "Sight" where she can sometimes detect evil. It doesn't happen everyday and she doesn't know what the winning lottery numbers are going to be. So when she awakens with a nightmare she ignores at first. But when weird incidents start occuring at school she feels as if she needs to pay more attention to intution so she can help her classmates. My favourite part about the book is when they piece the puzzle together and they figure it out. Thats another thing I like about the book which is mystery. I would give this book a 5 out of 5 and recommened it to all those mystery book lovers and even for the Twilight lovers. This is a book about a GIRL who can fight back !
